When working with clients, I am very customer-centric. I’m friendly to people from all walks of life and I like to think I have the patient of a saint. It’s an exaggeration obviously, but I always try to understand the situation and never place blame or judge. How you treat others reflects on who you are inside. I like to be good to others because it is not only satisfying, but it gets the job done!

I’ve heard during the time I was part of the IT Heroes Program at UNSW and again when I was interviewed for a job at Premier Technologies that it is important to understand where the customer is coming from and what problem they are facing. You have to know the customers and the product to be able to gain the best understanding of your work as a brand or business. Empathy is important.
